「Bob W had everything we needed for our city break. The room was perfect size, the bathroom and kitchen were ideal. You can definitely save some pennies having the odd meal at the hotel. Some great extra touches were complimentary coffee and a polaroid camera for your stay. However, the use of a phone as the key card was great until your phone goes out of charge and you can’t get in the building. Make sure to bring a charger when you leave the apartment so you don’t have the same issue we had....

「The hotel was modern and the apartment well furnished with all equipment needed to cook a meal. The free glass on wine was very appreciated for happy hour. The room was not super clean with dirty dishes left in the microwave. But overall, I like the hotel and would return. 」

「Property was not clean enough, toilet as example. A lot of dust on the ventilator. Apoarment need a upgrade.」

「Beautiful 2- bedroom apartment. Great location. Had internet smart TV issues, but management came in ( surprisingly unannounced) and resolved it within two hours. Not sure where communication fell where we were not informed and she entered with her management keys while we were in apartment. Hate to think if we were not there and she had entered as we value our privacy. Otherwise - perfect apartment. Clean. 」

「We really enjoyed staying at Venders! The location was superb, next to the metro station and in a lively area near restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The apartment was really nice, recently renovated, and comfortable beds. Also, Venders is a great option for families; we were provided with a traveling crib and high chair. The only downside, which is not unique to Venders, was that since there is no AC in most of Copenhagen, it was a bit warm at times but was a lot better after opening...

「The staff was very responsive to all of our questions and handled requests promptly. Having laundry available on-site was great! The check in was unexpectedly difficult, as one of our guests has a broken foot. Negotiating luggage without an elevator under those circumstances proved extremely challenging. For the cost of the stay (even considering the large local event taking place), the value didn't seem to match. We stayed in Lenora (#10), which was not set up for enjoyable communal space. We...

Meille selvisi vasta paikan päällä, että respaa ei ole ja ovikoodi olisi pitänyt huomata selvitellä jo edeltä. Puhelimitse asia hoitui onneksi hyvin, mutta vieraassa maassa tilanne oli vähän säikäyttävä.」
