「Our mattres in our room were very old, not comfortable to sleep in, other than that everything else was good.」

「No access to enter lobby to check in. Had to stand outside at small window in the 100*+ weather. The photos of the room online were misleading! The trim on the overhang in front of our room was hanging down and blocking our doorway. The management came after we were in our rooms to repair it. Not sure why they didn’t put us in a different room? Towels were threadbare and had a terrible smell. The room was very dated. Only positive was it appeared clean.」
