「Boa localização em local bastante tranquilo da pequena cidade. Limpeza muito boa. O frigobar deveria ser substituido por uma geladeira. É muito pequeno para uma família. A existência de ar condicionado apenas na sala é um outro ponto negativo. Faz muito calor no verão. Sem ar condicionado nos quartos, a estadia pode se tornar desconfortável.」

「A experiência no Check In foi muito boa. Mário, quem nos atendeu, foi muito cordial e como estavamos chegando de Pucon (12h de viagem) cheguei às 9h da manhã. Assim mesmo, ele nos proporcionou a antecipação do apartamento para descansarmos. O prédio é novo e o quarto estava em excelentes condições: limpo e bem equipado (talheres, pratos, aparato de calefação elétrico). A localização é excelente: próximo da padaria, do Banco Estado (para realizar cambios com bons preços), terminal de onibus...

「We loved it but, they need better arrangements for coming and going. There was only 1 key for opening the gate and since we were there with family with everyone doing what they wanted it made things difficult. I suggest a pin pad with a code for each renter.」

「The room wasn't clean furniture wss very old kitchen was dirty no linens. A huge lwak in the bathroom. The manager founs another place for us that she said was more expensive but she covered the cost. I was charge by expedia 65000 clp ( chilean pesos) manager said she only gets 40000. Bad experience do not recomend.」

「A nice place direct at the river with swimming pool and possibilities for outside grilling beef because at that day cold only cold water in the shower. 」

Sin embargo hoy me llegò un mensaje del emisor de mi tarjeta de crèdito confirmando el cobro del hospedaje. Me reservo la libertad de hacer las pesquisas del caso y de poner de manifiesto esta pràctica si no se me resuelve la situaciòn y se me reembolsa el dinero」
