「As pictured, this quaint cozy cottage was perfect for our brief stay in Le Claire. Kristy is a terrific host-quick to respond to the questions we had. An easy walk to shops and dining, the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely deck. The kitchen is well equipped and thoughtfully organized and the bathroom is plenty roomy and has a terrific shower head. If in the area, we will definitely stay again.」

「We had a family vacation here with ages ranging from 7 to 63 and all had a spectacular experience! We had the whole River Rock Inn and had more than enough room for our large family! Even though Mother Nature decided to claim the beach, we still had fun fishing off the dock, playing indoor and outdoor games, walking along the waterfront and enjoying some local sights. The view from the lookout at Bellevue State Park was awesome, and the Lock and Dam never disappoints. We also enjoyed meeting...

「We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!」

「We checked in at the appointed time, just after 4, and found dirty dishes in the sink, dirty floors, dirty clothes in the washer, beds unmade, dead bugs. The only good thing I can say about it is that the bugs were dead. This place was totally a mess. We found lodging at a nearby hotel and are still working to settle for a full refund! I would NOT recommend this property, or the manager in charge of it to anyone! Much too slow to make good on the promised full refund.」
