「It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. 「The host was extremely helpful with a reservation snafu. Great communication. Easy check-in. Perfect location. Very walkable. Unit was clean except: the couch was awful — stained all over, saggy, not super comfortable, needs to be replaced; towels were clean but bleach stained; carpet is tired; magazines from 2021; just needs a bit of attention and refresh.」
