"It was a great experience except the door lock would not work every time we went out. Their buffet breakfast and dinner was awesome! It would have been great if they had any concierge service with tourism information with knowledge of local attraction's."

"The rooms are very spacious which is the best aspect of the hotel. The bathroom floor around the toilet was dirty and the shower and walls needed a scrubbing. The rugs in the room were filthy. The balcony floor was so dirty I tracked black footprints into the room after walking on it. "

"Single room is very basic and doesnt look like photos. Windows have gaps. Many mosquitos get into the room. Staff kept asking for tips. 1st employee asked for tip when i requested soap. Concierge asked for tip when i requested toilet paper. At midnight 12 am 1st employee banged loudly on my door while i was sleeping and turned the handle while attempting to enter room. After i woke up and opened the door he told me the reason for his midnight banging: he wanted a tip. I chased him to the office....
