"The administration (and reception) was horrible. I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid. All the pick-up service drivers, janitors, and waiters in the restaurant are nice and kind, but only the administration is terrible."
