「My wife and I loved this property. 3 adults and 2 children in our group. If you are okay with simple accommodations with great service and beautiful scenery you have to stay here. 「I can't imagine a better-equipped cabin! There's a full kitchen and dining area, a giant bathroom with great hot water, and two beds with their own TVs (it's like a having your own two-bedroom apartment!) The owner, Heylin, was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived. The internet was super fast. We saw monkeys in the trees behind the A-frame as we sat out on the balcony and we also enjoyed a lovely thunderstorm. This is an amazing gem in the area. Definitely worth the stay if you're in...

「I can't say enough for what a great time we had at Kakao Lodge. I was skeptical at first since I usually like staying in my chain hotels that provide all the normal American comforts. But after staying here, my mind has totally changed. You can't describe how awesome it is to be able to see a half dozen different species of exotic frogs at night, or a sloth while eating breakfast, or tropic birds singing to you in the morning. And don't forget about breakfast. Everyday, we had homemade to order...

「Belle propriété avec bungalows tout neufs et très mignons. On a même vu un paresseux dans un arbre. Juste à côté de frog's paradise donc parfait pour la visite de nuit, on peut y aller à pied. Repas et petits déjeuners très bons. Les propriétaires sont charmants et toujours prêts à rendre service.」

「The people running it were so nice and extremely helpful. We got set up with a guide to take us on a hike to a spectacular waterfall, and were told of other places of interest. The food was delivered hot to the house and was plentiful and good. It was odd that in the very well stocked kitchen, there was no silverware. We don’t know if there was no hot water or if we didn’t figure out how to use it. Some outside chairs would have been nice 」
