「無料の空港、ホテル間の送迎サービスをしてくれる。 ただし、２４時間以上前に予約を入れること。 この内容は、ホテルのサイトにもエクスペディアのサイトにも記載されていません。 到着時の送迎は、事前にメールで伝えていましたが、帰りの送迎は、前日の夕方ホテルのレセプションに伝えましたが、２４時間を切っているので有料になると言われた。 どこにもその情報がなく、私のせいでもないのに、余分に費用をかけるつもりはないので、何とかするよう頼んだ。 担当者が、知り合いに連絡して、他の人の送迎に便乗する形で、無料のサービスを提供してくれた。 緊急の対応をしてくれて、感謝しています。 ホテルのスタッフは、みんな親切で、フレンドリーで安心して泊まれるホテルです。」

「El hotel es precioso, las habitaciones (la estándar en nuestro caso) sencillas y algo pequeñas para una familia de 4 miembros pero muy bonitas. El entorno y las zonas comunes muy bonitas. La piscina una maravilla y resulta muy cómodo para visitar el pueblo de Tortuguero a pie sin necesidad de contratar un desplazamiento. Además puedes ver muchos animales sin salir del hotel. El único aspecto a mejorar es el tema de la comida. Solo probamos el almuerzo informal en el bar de la piscina y nos quitó...
