「Amazing hotel...was up graded to a junior suite and breakfast was great 」

「サンタンデールは予想以上に良かった、もう１泊してのんびりしたかった。部屋もグレートアップして海側の部屋に変えて下さってとても良い眺めでとても満足しました。ホテルの周りは高級別荘地ぽく素敵な家が沢山あり歩いて下ると海岸線に沢山の海水浴客が海水浴場にぎっちり楽しんでおり気持ち良さそうでした。町の中とは違いとても良い立地でしたが買い物とかは不便と思います。」

「バスターミナルや鉄道駅、レストラン街に近く海の前で非常に立地が良い、」

「2泊しましたが1晩目は隣の宿泊客が、２晩目は真上から踊り騒ぐ音が響いた。2晩目の11時頃に受付に行って静かにさせる様に言うと、"子供達だ。静かにさせる"と言われた。確かに暫く止んだが、再度踊り始め結局は夜中の１時半まで騒がしかった。本来静かさを提供すべきホテルで自身が騒がしくするのはまずい。 」

「This is a great hotel made better by exemplary staff, who were among the most friendly, chatty and helpful we have ever encountered - they are a credit to the hotel and the hospitality industry generally. Breakfast was ok but not extensive. Our room was clean and comfortable.」

「Some reviewe have mentioned this place feels dated - but i found it wonderful and quite the bargain. Huge room, very modern bathroom, mattress fine, clean as can be. Very helpful and friendly staff - especially Santiago at front desk. The carpets are worn, but other than that it is a gem. You would pay 3x the price to get such a spacious bathroom and room in a more modern hotel. Outstanding location」
