「Clean and cozzy room, very lovely service!!!」

「We booked two rooms. We had a total of five people. Each room indicates that it sleeps four people—ample space. When we arrived, he indicated that we needed to pay an extra $」

They are taking free money. That's not right.. im very upset... i suffered a loss....fancy resort Beach hotel jinja are...

「They couldn't find our prepaid Expedia reservation. Clean room, friendly staff. No safe or minifrig. Wifi nonexistant to terrible. 」

「Despite confirmed reservations for two rooms confirmed by Expedia hotel claimed that they have no rooms. This was a disaster. I believe Expedia has to take action against this hotel. It is not serious and not good for Expedia.」

「The place was so quite and clean i really loved it hope to be here next week」
