「It appears they are going thru a renovation of the hotel. Only the first floor was completed. we were put on the second floor which has not elevator to get to. Not fun when you have few pieces of luggage. The first room we were in had a very dirty shower. Staff was very helpful with getting us a new room.」

「Restaurant, water park and fitness center all closed. Unable to call and reach front desk. Asked for late checkout from 11 to noon and was declined. 」

「Been on the road for a month - a motel almost every night. This was the most clean, well maintained, friendly, helpful place we have been in all month. The woman who seemed to own the motel works so hard, was always working outside cleaning the parking and common areas, watched us and was always handy when we needed something. Really liked this place.」

「Our stay at this cottage was very convenient to Storm Lake and it was clean. The host was accessible if we would have needed her. I would recommend this place if you just want to spend some time alone or if you have some busy lake days and just want to go back to your place and enjoy peace and quiet!」

「The Lily Pad is a beautiful apartment in a great location! It was so fun to wake up and get doughnuts on Saturday morning, then go shopping in the afternoon. Lux Lily is below the apartment and they created beautiful flower arrangements for us. Also, a family favorite, LaJanitas Mexican restaurant, was just a few steps away. Erin was very responsive and has thought of everything one would need for a family friendly and comfortable stay. We plan to stay at the Lily Pad again!」
