I was extremely disappointed with Expedia's customer service, as I was quoted a price on the website and made my decision to book my stay based on that quoted rate. Upon check-in at the motel, I was charged more than Expedia's quoted, "You Will Pay" rate, so I contacted customer service. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Any additional charges would have to be taken up with motel's management. If I am given a price and decide to book my stay through your website - rather than booking directly through the motel itself, I feel, as a patron of YOUR services, any issues with booking should be the concern of YOUR staff! There was no concern or interest in helping to find a resolution!
