「Spotless room with beautiful en suite bathroom and shower. Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Easy check in, provided good food and taxi recommendations. 5 min walk from the beach, 20 mins walk to Brighton - lots of nice food and drink spots around. It’s a room in their house but feels very self contained as you don't have to walk through the house to access the room and access to tea and coffee in their kitchen was easy. 「Great little flat right in the heart of Brighton.Easy access to shops, lanes, clubs and Pier. The flat was clean and tidy and check in was hassle free. Right next to the park for outside space too.Definitely be back for another stay soon.」

I think you likely have to move...

「Exceptional property. The communication from Phil was first class from the very start.Superb location. Would recommend to anybody.」

「This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". The "hotel" is completely unmarked on a grotty street just off the beachfront. It apparently operates under multiple names. The front door to the...
