「When we checked in we were told that our payment had not been received by the hotel. We tried to call the call centre but after about an hour on the phone we still didn’t have any answers. So we had to pay again. Someone stole our money!!! I am still trying to get to the bottom of it but have had no luck as of yet. 」

「Expedia took my money for the booking but there was no response from the property via messages or telephone and after taking a taxi to get there the place was closed. Need a full refund- how can Expedia still take the money if the property is not operating????」

「The location is good as only a 10 mins walk from the government enclave however in the same block there is a tavern/bar that closed at 10:30 PM on Sunday night. That was quite annoying. The TV was only showing DSTV ads channel, nothing lhese. The room itself was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and WIFI was fast enough. Overall, if you just need to put your head down and do not mind the background noise till a bit late, it is a good option price and location wise.」
