「The staff was friendly, responsive and extremely helpful.」

「When we checked in we were told that our payment had not been received by the hotel. We tried to call the call centre but after about an hour on the phone we still didn’t have any answers. So we had to pay again. Someone stole our money!!! I am still trying to get to the bottom of it but have had no luck as of yet. 」

「We were not able to reach the property, as the road leading to the property was impassable following heavy rains. The property was inaccessible.」
