「I liked the location. Very central, close proximity to a lot of things in gaborone. However, the food was very salty. Every chef knows by now that salt is not healthy. I ordered a seafood salad and could not eat it because they poured almost a quarter bottle of dressing on top. Dressings should be served on the side. I was not even asked for a choice of dressing. Smoking, on the first floor, there was a heavy cigarette smoke.」

「When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)」

「The property is conveniently located near the Riverwalk Mall. The service is great, restaurant food was amazing, the drinks at the bar were great. The room was cleaned very well everyday for the week I was there and the staff were friendly. It was definitely good value for my money. 」

「I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. I was met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hotel without problems. The gym is pretty poor and needs some updates. I was permitted to use the pool without charge at the companion hotel. 「The attitude of staff is not good from reception. The towel in the room is not prepared enough, but staffs didn't react well even after pointing out the lacking of towel. Overall, there is no welcome atmosphere and no greeting at all.」

「Carpets in the room were filthy and the furniture and fittings were old and damaged (non-functional in some cases). WiFi did not work in room. Marketed on the app as a 4 star hotel, only a three star once you arrive, would not give it a two star rating if it were up to me. Staff are friendly and breakfast is pretty good, will avoid in future though.」
