ボツワナ共和国の空港送迎のあるホテル

「J'ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel. Ma chambre était propre, bien agencée et spacieuse. Je suis arrivée à 3h du matin et j'ai reçu un bon service. Il est situé à moins de 5 minutes de marche de restaurants et de magasins. Une crème anti-moustique était fournie. Le seul hic, c'est que quand on les contactent via la messagerie Expedia, ils ne répondent pas. C'est frustrant surtout que je savais que j'allais arriver dans la nuit et que j'avais vraiment besoin de réponse.」

「The overall experience was pleasant. I was just a little disappointed that the rooms are not modern enough and had no usb charging ports. The electricity sockets are square instead of using the universal round. Also has to choose between having the fridge on or using the electric kettle.」

「The property was clean, but substandard in most areas. The welcome on arrival was pretty much non existent and we were told our confirmed Expedia booking didnt exist. The room was very small and the shower more so. There was 1 towel for 2 of us, though another was delivered on request. The aircon, which was essential leaked water when switched on. We put down a towel to catch the drips, but by morning the curtains (which incidently couldn't be opened) were drenched as was the towel we placed...

「Only one slight criticism, no information in the rooms regarding opening hours for breakfast, lunch etc, and checkout time, also no information on tours operating from the hotel. Apart from that I found the staff very efficient and helpful.」

「The place is cool. The guys were informative on tourist destination as well as round fire jokes. Erick is a good guy. he kept us laughing and feel welcome at all times. Will be back soon.」

「スーパーから近いので便利です。閑静な住宅街の中にあります。プールが目の前にありお部屋は広くベッドも快適です。冷蔵庫がありそれも良かったです。 ただ蚊や虫が多く、ゴキブリも出ました。プール付きのお庭が目の前なので仕方ないとも思いますが。 停電したため、朝食が食べれず、クーラーが途中で切れました。」
