「Staff was helpful. But if you went to smoke in designated smoking area the homeless was there and begging for cigarettes. And 2 days later I haven't got my deposit back.」

「Clean. Nice room.」

「Property showing wear and tear. Needs upgrades in the rooms. Clean rooms.」

「Had a great, quick stay. Quick check in and clean room」

「Very clean rooms, with a welcoming and friendly staff. Convenient location to University of Missouri and major highways.」

「It was perfect for what I needed.」

「The building is quite old and the elevator could use some facelift. The breakfast has no eggs, or any meats. No one is around to assist when something is missing. The one positive thing is that the room itself was very nice and clean.」

「Great place to stay close to downtown. Glen's restaurant on property was excellent food and service. Room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We splurged and booked a balcony room, did not disappoint! Check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!」

「Great staff」

「I saw a cockroach on the wall in the hallway. And I don’t think my sheets had been changed from the previous guest. Very wrinkly. 」
