「The continental breakfast is not free, as we were told by the front desk. Continental breakfast only consisted of oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, bagels and was $10. If you want the "hot" breakfast with eggs, sausage, etc it's $14. Pretty underwhelming.」

「Mercedes checked me in. She was AMAZING, very friendly and answered questions, explained where the room was, breakfast, WIFI. Room was very clean and I felt completely safe there. Parking was no hassle and it was very close to the ISU event center I needed to be at. Will definitely stay there again」

「Staff was kind,the lobby is very nice.Got to room + seemed ok,then we checked the pull out, we had five people in our group+ the mattress looked soo flat +old yellowith no sheets. We searched everywhere + nothing was provided to make the bed.We went down to get some bedding + some extra blankets since i didnt want to share w myfriend bc i know im a blanket hog +so is she. we go get the bedding but they gave two top throws as blankets and a sheet that was way too small to fit the bed. 「No sympathy from staff or Expedia when a death in family forced my trip forward one day. They refused to use one of their open rooms ONE night earlier to accommodate my stay and we had to get another hotel in another town because of it. Our room went un used and Expedia collected their commission and so did the hotel with ZERO compassion to the human side of business. I would NOT recomend this hotel OR Expedia for your hotel needs.」

「Old and outdated. Door was sticky and hard to open. Staff were friendly. No continental breakfast.」

「It is not a hotel style. It is a new-england-style house. Nice and comfortable. 」

「AC wasn't working through the whole hotel but they did switch my room so I had functioning climate control. I could see the outside sky through gaps around the AC unit. Appreciate the staff making things work but not a great sign. Wifi was completely non functional.」

「Aside from the person working 3rd shift, the manager was thoroughly unhelpful. And he didn't let the woman with him speak hardly at all. One of the sheets had a cigarette burn, the blow dryer looked old enough to start a fire, and the room itself was absolutely disgusting. The bedding was especially bad, despite claims of them washing it.」
