「Stayed at KT Hotel for 7 nights in June. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast had great variety, though the Wi-Fi was slow. Perfect location for exploring downtown!」

「Unfortunately the place was very dirty. The food was very old not fresh not kept in a hygienic environment or fridge. There was the same hair on the cheese that was there the day before. The place was shocking.」

「We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt...

Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room. The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. You will have to rent two rooms if you want to stay with your wife in the same place. Never...

「Je ne suis pas demeurée à cet hôtel car en rentrant dans la chambre , mes enfants et moi-même y avons vu des cafards et mes enfants ne voulaient plus y rester. Mais l’hôtel a refusé de nous rembourser. Je suis déçue et ai été obligée de trouver une autre chambre ailleurs avec la fatigue et le décalage horaire. Je suis déçue et fâchée. C’est un manque d’honnêteté grave et inacceptable. Je ne mets jamais de commentaires négatifs sur expédia et ai voyagé partout au monde. Je ne suis pas de nature...
