AZ Zeralda Hotel

I very much enjoyed my stay at the AZ Zeralda hotel. The receptionists were super polite and efficient, and dealt with my very small niggle immediately (safe door did not close). The room was comfortable and spacious, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean room and bathroom. I only dined in one of the restaurants in the courtyard, even though not all the dishes were available the food I had was well prepared and tasty. Waiters were friendly and attentive. The desserts merit a special mention, the Pave was very tasty and beautifully presented. The hotel is relatively new, and furnished to a high standard. Wifi worked fine for my emails and surfing. The hotel is a bit further out from Algiers, so a car or taxi is needed to get to and from it. I can fully recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay there again any time.

Über Standard und Alternative zu >=4*

Superior Zimmer - freundliche, saubere, funktionelle, moderne Einrichtung. Bett/Matratze gut. Balkon sehr groß, leider nicht regelmässig gesäubert (Zigarettenasche auf dem Boden, Möbel mit Vogelkot - während meines gesamten 4-tägigen Aufenthalts); Frühstück übersichtlich; Leider keine Abdeckungen, so dass Fliegen ans frische Obst, Käse, Kuchen und oder Wurst gelangen. Käse & Wurst sind häufig an den Rändern "angelaufen". Keine Beschriftung an Säften & Marmeladen, kein frischer O-Saft (in Algerien!); die Tische werden nur sporadisch abgeräumt, was einen unsauberen Eindruck hinterlässt. Speziell MA im Service benötigen bzgl. Sorgfalt & Service noch einige trainings. Restaurant Diner: Qualität gut, vergleichsweise überproportional teuer im vergleich zu lokalen Restaurants. Fitness-Raum und geräte sehr gut, es fehlt allerdings Reinigungsmittel. Spa sehr nett und sauber. Ich empfehle das AZ Hotel gerne weiter, und werde ebenso gerne wiederkommen.
