"I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful. The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. They were so very helpful with everything from check-in to check-out … Everything from arranging taxis to restaurants recommendations to directions on where to go, they were always ready to help me. "When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "
