「The private beach behind cottage was absolute paradise」

「We loved our stay at the cottage! It was right by the beach and super clean! Everyone on the island was very friendly and we felt very welcomed! The coconut bread is amazing, definitely a recommendation! We also did a boat tour with Ida’s son, which was amazing! He was super nice and chill and showed us all the great spots!」

「Fantastic, it’s the paradiseFar better than we imagined : the location and the view are amazing, the cottage is perfect with all you need.If you want to relax, enjoy the Exumas cays, in my opinion Blackpoint is much better than Staniel Cay that is very busy and noisy.Derren picked up us at the airport and dropped off. We appreciated also the boat ride with him.I warmly recommend 」

「Miss Ida was very accommodating and runs a beautiful, very clean property. The location is in the hearty of a small, family orientated community that is both warm and welcoming. My front deck overlooked the harbor at Black Point and its crystal clear waters where many sharks, turtles and rays swam by as I sipped my morning coffee. The property had a clean laundromat and a small connivence store. Lorraine's cafe' and restaurant were located directly next door with several others nearby. This was...

「Only stayed 1 of 5 days. Enough said. We arrived by boat. The host markets use of dock space “next door” at Black Point Yacht Club. Careful: This is a bar with a small dock. On 2 occasions, I caught locals on my boat and another time a local boat left drifting tied to the dock banging into my boat. The power went out 4X the first night and internet was out the entire time. The host had workers living in the house under construction next door. I only found this out by hearing men talking outside...

「The whole team made the arrival very smooth and provided a tour around the island when we arrived. There are plenty of resources from the resort to make the entire state enjoyable throughout the island.」

「Kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and bedroom was clean and the pictures in the advertisement is accurate. The aircon kept the house very cool.Location good - very close to Marina.Host was exceptional. Offered us a Golf cart for the duration of our stay and only charged us for days we used it. Host also took us out on his boat, showed us the popular spots and waited where we wanted to snorkel. He was very reasonable with his price.I would most definately recommend Cozy Cottage!」

「We loved the place and the location — absolutely beautiful. The convenience store and restaurants are about 1 km away on foot. The beach is incredibly beautiful. The only downside: the host’s employee was supposed to pick us up to take us to the airport on our departure day, but never showed up. Fortunately, two girls passed by and offered us a ride. Otherwise, we would have missed our flight. But aside from that, everything was perfect!」

「James and Lorraine are great hosts! We had a fabulous stay! The house was well equipped for our stay, beds were very comfortable! And the golf cart was great! We were able to explore the whole island!」

「Sixth time staying on Staniel Cay, and this house might be our favorite yet for the price and location. We were here June 30 through July 6 with my wife and three daughters, and it was perfect from start to finish.Great location. Incredibly clean. And honestly bigger than it looks in the listing. The pictures don't do it justice. The hosts were about as nice and communicative as it gets. They nailed it every step of the way. We're already looking to rebook for next year.Loved this house. Can't...

「We were so glad to be able to stay at this beautiful home ⚓️⚓️ and the hosts were amazing helpful in everything we needed. We’re planning again to stay ⚓️⚓️🎉🎉⚓️⚓️.」

「Rum Punch was as advertised . It’s not fancy, but has everything you need. The A/c in one bed room didn’t work, but was able to be cool enough if all the doors to the other rooms were left open. We particularly enjoyed a few mangoes from their tree. Water pressure in one bath was weak, and you can’t run the washing machine and do dishes/take showers- but allThings that can be worked around.」

「It was a great location with easy access to the beach. We only had a few people visit the beach while we were there. You can float back and forth with the tides. Plenty of towels in bath. You need a golf cart to access restaurants and the store. You do pass the dump on the way to and from the location and planes go straight over the house to land. I didn’t consider either a negative just informational. I would definitely choose to stay there again. The host responded to all my inquiries in a...

「The property was as advertised. The property manager was super attentive during our entire stay. It was a great spot to stay with my entire family (total of 10). The house was very spacious and right on the beach. The freshwater pool was great also especially after a day of snorkeling. I would definitely book this house again.」

「This entire experience was amazing. The Island is gorgeous and has a perfect location in the Exumas on the most beautiful sandbar. The staff was fantastic, super accommodating with activities like fishing and snorkeling and bonfires. The food was fantastic with lots of local seafood. Honestly, this place is 11/10」
