"Sadly one or more guests were inconsiderate using cannabis products during my stay. Tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to cracks. Staff did thoroughly clean the room. The young man who checked me in, very professional and knowledgeable. LeAnn the young lady to whom I returned the room pass was very friendly and pleasant especially appreciated since it was an early morning departure."

"Beautiful spacious rooms, breakfast was wonderful with many options. We enjoyed our 3 night stay so much. Dog friendly and we were able to leave our dog in the room while we went to different places around the Richland area. I would highly recommend this hotel and when we return in 2 years we will definitely be staying here again!"
