「Our room was nice, it had all the basics. It was in a room that linked with our children’s room which was nice with a small living room in between, enough for two people to sit comfortably and watch TV. There was a coffee machine in the room which was nice. The grounds could do with a little updating, they are not super modern but fine for our purposes and for a family holiday for a week it was disappointing that the Jacuzzi was not working on the balcony, it would be nice if the hotel was able...

「The Crane Resort is excellent looking ,Rooms are wonderful and huge. The Lobby furniture is sooo outdated though it got us scared as that was our 1st impression of the resort. It's very old sinking couches. Water in the shower was not hot. The elevator stopped working and we were on the 5th floor. Check out day or even the day prior we didn't even get a phone call to get offered help with our luggage or anything. No one even said a word about the non working elevator for days until we left. 「Check in was fast, we were early and didn't have to wait for our room. It is very central to the grocery store, restaurants, banks. Small resort on a small quiet beach, beside The Sands Resort. Able to walk the beach from our location to the public Worthing Beach almost to St. Lawrence Gap. The off-shore reefs provide shelter from the waves which made it easier to enjoy the water. 「空港からタクシーで20分程。到着エリアでdispatcherにホテル名を伝え他の乗客と混載。 客室はレセプションのある海に面した建物とは別棟。内陸側だったが2階だったためバルコニーから若干海が見えた。 客室はリビング兼ダイニング（ここにもシングルベッド1台）とベッドルーム（キングサイズベッド1台）。シャワーのみだが水圧と湯量はOK。設備は電子レンジ、ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、電気ケトル。金庫はなかった。WiFiは速くはないしたまに切断するがそこまで問題なし。3泊したが清掃は綺麗だった。夜は周辺のナイトクラブから音楽が聞こえやや騒がしい。 最終日はチェックアウト時刻を2時間程延長してもらえたのは感謝したい。ツアーデスクのスタッフもフレンドリーで親切に各種ツアーの相談・申し込みをしてもらえた。 プールサイドのテラスから望む海と夕暮れは最高。」
