"Overall, the house was good. However, the portable AC isn't really portable so the bedrooms got rather warm. We were fortunate that the weather wasn't hot as I imagine it would get really hot in the house if the temps had been in the 80s or 90s. It's a bit dated but had what we needed to cook meals, do laundry and hang out after the bike races. It was close to downtown which was really nice."

The location is the best for access to the Hell's Canyon Wilderness area.....Mountain biking, hiking, fishing,etc....Hell's Canyon is the deepest canyon in North America, and Halfway is closest town . It was so nice to have a well appointed home to come back to with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and space to relax."
