"Loved the lodge! It is western rustic. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the crickets, coyotes, turkeys and elk bugling. Plenty of room for all our friends. We had our sxs and enjoyed riding all over the mountains.We plan to go back again!"

"Fantastic house and property. Great location. The house was just as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, wonderful views. The home was very clean. Could easily be a 5 star property. Needs some comfortable furniture for that awesome deck other than a picnic table. Also a tv would be nice to watch movies. Alittle close to neighbors but some simple screens would remedy that. A hot tub would be wonderful. Blow dryer in bathroom needed. Overall it is a wonderful property and we would stay again. "

"The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and charming, covered deck is wonderful, but the only view are the pine trees. There was one reason that we would probably not return to this location and that is the nightmare of trying to gain access into the house. It was very, very warm outside when we arrived and all of the instructions told us repeatedly to use the lock box to the right of the door. However, the code they gave us was not a code for a lock box, because it repeated several of the same numbers. The type of lockbox to the right of the door frame only allows you to use each number once. I then tried the same code on the deadbolt lock. That’s actually on the door. That did not work either. Keep in mind we’re standing in the heat of 94 beating down on us. I then looked up the information and found a number to chat with. To their credit, someone from VACASA immediately texted me back and gave me another code to try. That code also did not work. Then we tried a third code. No luck on that.I then had to send a picture of both of the locks to the person I was chatting with. I eventually got the lockbox to release a key, but the key did nothing in the door because the deadbolt required a different code. The person I was chatting with was as helpful as they could be, but it took us almost 1 hour in the heat to gain entry. There needs to be one lock system for less confusion and correct information needs to be given to the renter. "
