" The staff at the hotel was very kind, professional, and helpful. The rooms were in great condition and looked new, which was nice. However, I was disappointed with how my special anniversary request was handled. I chose this hotel because it looked like a romantic place for couples on the website. They offered to decorate the room to make it special, When I decided to cancel the alcohol (which was overprice), they said they wouldn’t give us any surprises or decorations anymore because we wouldn’t pay for the alcohol. That was a bit disappointing and took away from the celebration "
