「Luxuriant hotel !! But mini bar, breakfast, spa, everything is excluded in the price. We feed very expense.」

「One of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. Our room at Vida in Manama had a persistent sewage smell throughout our entire stay. We reported it on the day we arrived, yet the issue remained unresolved. Spending our stay in a room smelling of sewage was unacceptable. At checkout, the deputy manager approached us to apologize and promised to contact us via WhatsApp to arrange compensation. That message never came, and no compensation was provided. Making a promise and failing to follow...

「The room was beautiful. But there were 2 problems. 1. The lady at the reception didn't smile at all, nothing like a hotel receptionist for 4 star+ hotel and felt uncomfortable. 2. The hotel wifi blocked my company's website and I could work only through my mobile wifi. I could use the website ANYWHERE except this hotel but they said they couldn't do anything. I won't stay this hotel again.」
