「The room was clean, properly equipped and given it's above a busy pub and in a very old building, it was warm and reasonably quiet.
Nice meal in the restaurant in the evening. Good wine, food and setvice.」

「We verbleven dit jaar voor de tweede keer in dit hotel, als laatste stop voor de Kanaaltunnel. Op 20 minuten rijden, nog even genieten van het Engelse plattelandsleven. Gezellige pub, prima kamers, goede keuken. En zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Aanrader!」

「Well, you get what you pay for. I think this may be a fairly new property and they are certainly in the process of upgrading it so kudos to them for that.
PROS: nice looking inside, clean, quiet, felt safe, full kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, private fenced back yard, nice linens and towels, electric kettle, enough kitchen utensils/pots/pans to cook a simple meal
CONS: the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in, extremely squeaky upstairs floor and beds, the upstairs is not a King...
