「Upon arrival at the Riu, we quickly realized something was off. Our first room had clearly not been cleaned properly—dirty floors and stains on the bedding were immediately noticeable. To their credit, the staff moved us to another room quickly, but unfortunately that room also wasn’t clean. We were then moved to a third room, which at least had the room type and view we had expected from the start. However, it still was not properly cleaned and even had hair in the shower drain.
