「Exceptional Staff. Very attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. The hotel is beautiful, a tastefully restored Manor House in the centre of Arles. Clean, generously proportioned rooms retaining the original features of the old house/stable. We stayed in a premier room. It had its own terrace overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is what really makes this hotel. A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Easy walking distance to the Roman remains. No restaurant on site but plenty to choose...

「アルルの街から車で15分ぐらい、周りに何もないところでした。到着が少し遅れることは予め伝えておき、到着はレセプションはクローズされた後でしたが、ボードにちゃんとメッセージを残しておいてくださり、部屋も用意されていました。広い中庭、プールの周りにコテージ風の部屋、3人が余裕で泊まれる大きなベッド、リビングルーム、バスルームでした。スタッフさんもいろんなリクエストに応えてくださりました。レセプションが朝8時にならない開かないのは、少し不便でしたが。朝食も豪華でした。でも、中庭にたくさんテーブルがあるので、早く遊びに行きたい時は持ち込んでそこでいただくのも気持ち良かったです。」

「The front desk staff was exceptional - knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly! The rooms were quite large, clean and despite the location beside a major route, we were not affected. It’s a 20 minute walk into Arles itself but with all the good food you’ll be eating, you should indeed be walking! 」

「雰囲気がとても素敵で、チェックイン時間を少し過ぎてしまうので連絡をした所、とても親切に対応してくれました。駐車場も目の前にフリーの駐車場があり、通りは静かで快適でした。朝食もゆっくり過ごさせていただき、朝食会場の雰囲気はまるでアートの世界のようでした。」
