"The hotel is just at the entrance to the old city from the Gare du Arles less than a 10 minute walk with luggage. It offers a nice breakfast buffet, I took the cheaper option, coffee, juice and various breads and jam. It is at the base of the hill that leads up to the Amphitheatre and other sites. There are several restaurants within a short walk. You can also take a nice walk along the Rhone for a scenic reflex of the day."

"We didn't end up staying because the property closed early and couldn't check us in. It was advertised as closing at 9 PM but on the day of the reservation, with 2 minutes of warning, the property told us they were closed at 8. We got there at 8:30 and no one was around, so we were stranded. We ended up getting another hotel that night, and the property refused to grant any partial refund (under the no-show clause) despite violating the conditions of the booking."

"Wifi didn't work well, apparently because hotel was full. Our room had older looking carpet in the bedroom even though photos show rooms with modern wood-type flooring. Adequate overall but not exciting"

"All was OK for the price. The room was not cleaned, prepared for new occupants. We walked into the room and the bed was not made, had been slept in. Had to wait after checkin till the room was cleaned and new/clean bed linens were put on the bed. Guess they check us in to early ; but it was after checkin time."
