「Lack of communication before-hand about check-in. We did have prompt responses to broken A/C, and then lack of hot water. Sleeps 7 or 8 but has dishes for less. Very basic supplies. Though coffee was supplied, sugar was hidden away, no pepper was found, no paper towels or tissues, some lightbulbs out. It served our purpose and met basic needs once problems were addressed.」

「This listing is a bit misleading but that isn't where I found the most challenges.
Misleading:
The listing shows as "spacious walkout basement with private bedroom and living room" but it is also still listed under
"Entire Place - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with guests in your party". My issue is that while the listing is technically being upfront about not being an entire home, it does show up when searching for an entire home so it feels like being...
