「Good」

「Staff is not transparent with hidden charges that they make on your card. No receipts will be given to these charges. Room door is basically made of paper you hear everything in the hall. Shower is not clean. Never staying here again. Also, parking is not included in your stay you have to pay for it only found out because they charged my card without telling me.」

「This hotel has been recently renovated and is quite possibly the best hotel that we have stayed at for a very long time. Truely a standout property, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at this outstanding hotel. Highly recommend to anyone contemplating staying here.」

「Clean No kitchen utensils or cutleries or kitchen paper/towel was provided in the efficiency unit. What was provided or not provided should be decribed in the reservation page, so that the guest can be prepared. This is almost universal for Microtel.」

「I could tell that the owners care about the property! The room was renovated with comfortable beds and well-maintained grounds. Breakfast items were abundant and diverse, the best complimentary breakfast that I've had in a long time! Would definitely stay again, what a great deal!」

「Expedia customers rarely get main-floor rooms. Not surprisingly, my room was on the 2nd floor. I am a senior and asked for a main floor room as there is no elevator. That request was declined. I asked for assistance with my luggage up the stairs to the 2nd floor. That was declined.」

「Motel was immaculate, staff was great」

「Place was clean and we had everything we needed. Parking was good. Coffee, tea and cookies in the office was great. Friendly service.」

「Good place for a nature lover. Good management. Only discomfort was a minor water leakage in the bathroom. Business channel was not provided in the cable TV. Insect repellant is a must to carry with the guest.」

「The room was a good size. The bathroom was good, but the floor in the room was terrible. It was some cheap vinyl flooring that was installed very poorly and was squashy when you walk on it. Also there was dirt on the floor in the room. The staff was a bit short with us also. Just overall not up to what I would expect at a Best Western.」

「Well, If your like me and drove 10 hours on your way across the country this is not the place to stay. The entire town seems to go to this bar in the hotel and the walls are probably the least soundproof walls ever made. Contacted the front desk countless times about people screaming outside, smoking and keeping people up well past 1:30am. Do not stay here if you want to actually rest because between the patrons and the ac unit you won’t.」
