「ホテル全体が清潔に保たれており、部屋も埃一つありませんでした。 大体のホテルで、水のペットボトルは2本のみ置いてありますが、ここのホテルは6本も置いてありました。 もちろん、歯ブラシ・ドライヤー・シャンプー類もあります。 ホテルとビーチが繋がっており、簡単に行く事ができます。 ビーチにオシャレなBarなどがあり、夜はライトアップされていて綺麗でした。」

「The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. They really couldn’t have helped more if they tried, from the manager, to the reception staff, bar staff and everybody else. 「We stayed for 10 days and this hotel was perfect. Two pools, never too crowded, well maintained. Public areas and rooms very clean. Room had a great balcony, lovely sunset view. The staff are brilliant, so welcoming, helpful, always cheerful. We only used the restaurant twice and the food was good both times. It’s 10 min walk down to Unawatuna beach, 15 min tuk tuk to Jungle beach. Unawatuna has lots of food options and shops but there are also some great places to eat within a few mins walk of...

「We stayed for 2 nights, and we both thought that the food and the public areas were amazing. We also booked the yoga classes which were great. The bungalows are very cool, they are open, so you get a pretty unique experience. The beds are a bit on the hard side, this should be improved.」

「They forgot what I was asking in advance. There were two guys on the front desk. One of the guy tried to solve the problem but another one was very bad behavior. After all they gave discount the cost, but I did not want the discount. I just wanted them to apologize unreservedly when I asked them why my order was forgotten. It is common sense behavior against foreigners. They are friendly but they do not know international manners and they say many excuse.」
