Our Casa Green beach house is beautiful and spacious with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 20 with a 5 minute walk to the white sands and emerald waters of Crystal Beach in Destin.

Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, a prestigious area for families, Casa Green encompasses a quiet and safe village feel while also being near many attractions including Destin Commons shopping area and other small centers with restaurants, stores, movie theater, supermarkets, playgrounds, and water parks.

Our amazing private pool can be heated and is right outside the living room and is surrounded by an 8 feet full privacy fence!

3,100 sq. ft. first floor featuring an open floor plan with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with 9 ft. granite island and seating to accommodate 20 comfortably.

6-seater golf cart accessible for guest use to the beach and all the local amenities.

Seven (7) flat screen TVs throughout the house, private heated pool, outdoor shower, grill, and parking for up to 6 cars. Most complete entertainment package (ALL channels in all rooms, sports including HBO, Wii, Netflix, Hulu, Blu Ray and more).

Master Bedroom 1: 1st Floor - King bed, large closet, flat screen TV and large bathroom with shower, bath tub and double vanity.

Master Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor - King bed, large closet, flat screen TV, and private balcony with chairs. Oversize master bathroom with shower, bath tub and double vanity.

Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor - King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom.

Bedroom 4: 2nd Floor - 2 double beds, flat screen TV, share Jack and Jill bathroom that includes double vanity.

Bedroom 5: 2nd Floor - Kids' room with 2 full bunk beds, flat screen TV, share Jack and Jill bathroom that includes double vanity.

Bedroom 6: 2nd Floor - Queen bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom.

Also includes: Washer & dryer, pack N Play, Booster seat, bath and pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, rolling cooler, multi pool, ping pong and air hockey table, outdoor fire, high speed WiFi, cable TV including HBO, video streaming with Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime (in living room and both masters).

Three security cameras are located outside of the house: front porch, back porch, and by pool pump.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house . Although considering it is supposed to accommodate 20 people , we had very limited kitchen supplies for the weeks stay . Pans were disgusting and old . No plastic or glass cooking ware.limited Tupperware/storage containers.Also , the pool was not maintained at all during the stay , stated in the welcome package they were going to be there twice a week. The towels were worn and few . Also not one kitchen towel was provided . While the house is in a good location , it is quite a ways from the beach when having to set up stake daily . Big house , but needs updating ! Manager was mostly prompt to respond , but never answered about beach umbrellas , chairs available with current inventory . Also , the beds need to be updated ! Good neighborhood, no safety concerns .

The property was as advertised. It fit multiple families comfortably. The shared areas gave us plenty of space to eat, play cards, ping pong, etc. The golf cart was in good shape and reliable. It was very helpful getting around town.

Best Girls Trip

The house was perfect, plenty of beds and bathrooms and excellent location, quick walk to the beach and the golf cart was so much fun to cruise around in. Barb was excellent and answering our questions and helping us with anything.

The location is great, the golf cart came in handy and the outside area is as presented. We ended up having a great time but...The pictures online are clearly from when the house was first ready and since then it has not been well maintained. The carpet, bed linens, beds and couches all need to be replaced from lots of use. It was quite underwhelming when we arrived.The cleaners are not doing a good job and if it were me I would switch companies b/c we had to clean several areas upon arrival.It's a beautiful property in a great location but it needs some love and attention.

What a great place for a big group. The pool and outdoor area make it a great spot to hang out when you aren't at the beach. The golf cart makes it really easy to get to the beach (and fun). Great place with plenty of room!

Perfect house for our group

We were a group of 11 with a bunch of different couples. The house was perfect for what we needed! Lots of space and bathrooms for the entire group. The pool was perfect to hang around and the beach is a super easy walk.The golf cart was also super helpful for getting to some local spots.

Very spacious

We loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 12. Plenty of space and the heated pool was amazing. We loved the privacy in the backyard and all the lounge chair and seating options. The golf cart was an added bonus for the grandparents to drive the kids to the beach while the adults walked. Very quick walk to the beach… We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This house was the perfect location! The golf cart was a huge bonus that allowed for easy access to the beach and restaurants. The at home feel was comforting and I would highly recommend for large groups as there is plenty of room. Definitely coming back!

Great fit for our large family

Pros: Property was as advertised. Two blocks from the beach, made easier by the golf cart. Had the right number of bedrooms and bed sizes for our large family. Kids loved the pool. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining. We all enjoyed the games that were there and the ping-pong/pool table. Cons: The corner that the house is on is VERY busy and often quite noisy. Checking in we had a problem with the lock not responding to the code but once we were able to contact the owner (about 45 minutes later) we got a new code that worked. There was a lack of hot water for several days but once the management company came to reset to breaker for the water heater all was good. AC worked great downstairs but the house stayed very warm upstairs during the day and wouldn’t cool down until after about 10pm. I’d suggest checking the AC or freon. Overall we had a great trip and would book it again if we have the opportunity. We give the house 4 1/2 stars.

Great get away with family and friends

This was a perfect spot. Close walk to the beach to take in the ocean, sunsets were beautiful and fun for the kids. Heated pool was an added bonus for the cooler days. Plenty of space for four families with kids ranging 14months to 13. Ice cream truck found us pretty quickly so that was a nice perk for the kids. Bike path is close and was nice for morning walks and runs. Would highly recommend staying here. The owners and the property management company were prompt and helpful. Only suggestion to make it even better would be having garbage bags, laundry, dish and dishwasher soap on hand as well as more towels. Not an issue since we drove but could see if you are flying it being a hassle. We would stay here again!

Birthday getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We had a problem with the gas grill and the owners were quick to remedy! The beach was right down the street with easy access. We went to Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House for dinner and it was excellent!!

Wonderful "Virus-delayed" Birthday!!!!

The home we spacious, clean and perfect for our celebration. The location to the Beach is good and a golf cart was delivered during our stay . The guests following us will enjoy having that. Love having the pool as we were able to gather to visit there lots as the Beach was very crowded over the Memorial weekend! For extra room, our son and family were able to rent a condo on the Beach 2 blocks away, making his visits easy on his golf cart. Grocery store very close and restuarants. We had a wonderful time!
