You will feel relaxed and rejuvenated on your private patio overlooking the pool. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you can think of, featuring granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances and a washer and dryer to make it easy to stay on top of laundry. The private beach is just steps away! With no busy roads to cross it's just a short stroll to the shore where you can spend your days soaking up the sunshine. Relax by the pool with plenty of lounging space, a grilling area, and path to the beach with rinsing station. This rental is in a great location in the heart of Destin! Walking distance away from your favorite restaurants and coffee shops. No pets allowed. If you are bringing a car (s) to St. Martin you must register them in order to park there. It is $20/car with a 2 car max.

We had a fabulous stay. The property was clean with ample towels. (Bring your own beach towels!)Access to the beach was easy and super close to the condo complex. The beach area was quite quiet in comparison to the other high rise beach areas. Everything is within a 5mile drive including attractions, restaurants, etc.We had a great time. Thank you!!

We were very happy with our stay. Location was good and just a short walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and comfy. Only thing was we did run out of the basic necessities that were provided. For 6 people staying there we were only provided with 4 coffee kurig cups and was surprised there was no salt or pepper in the kitchen. Otherwise, great stay!

We love the location at St. Martin Beachwalk Villas and usually choose condos in the property for the location, convenience, and proximity. The beach and beach service in particular are wonderful. The layout/floor plan of the 3 bedroom condos is very convenient for families, yet still maintaining some privacy. The unit was clean, ready on time, and functional for our purposes. That being said, this unit could use some minor repairs and updates.

Excellent Unit!

LOVED OUR STAY! The Unit was wonderful! Cozi. We love that they thought of just about everything. Nice decor. It felt like home. The balcony was closed off from the master but because it was a little chilly it wasn't a big deal. Also, the water shut off suddenly, without notice, for about 5 hours but it was because a water main broke. We understood that it wasn't the owners fault, though. The customer service was always helpful and answering any questions we had and I loved that they responded and reached out to me in multiple ways (text, email, phone calls) because we were always on the go! When we wanted to stay in and rest the unit was so accomodating and comfortable. We also enjoyed that there were TONS of activities for families, restaurants of all kinds, shopping stores and cool new places to discover, even in their off season. Fat Boys was one of our favorites! Overall, 10/10. We definitely recommend. My family is already talking about rebooking. :-)

Spring Break

We had a great time on our trip. The condo was beautiful, clean and has a ton of storage. Beds were comfortable in all rooms and there were plenty of linens for everyone. Washer and Dryer worked quickly. Pantry was a major plus. Beach is a short walk across the parking lot and a boardwalk- 3 minutes- and there is designated areas for the property so you don’t have to worry about getting a good spot. We also used the Barefoot Beach services to reserve chairs and umbrella and they were set up every morning with a reservation card attached. Only issues we had with the condo specifically was that the TVs had multiple remotes and the universal remote did not pair to the main tv, took a bit to sort out what worked for what. Also, the unit above us was moving furniture around and it was loud and when a family came in we could hear them running all over. We have stayed in other units at the property and not had an issue, so I’m assuming they were just an extra loud group. Property was being painted and there were several days where the painters were working on the steps and it was difficult to maneuver around them- but once they finished, we had zero issues. We would definitely stay here again.
