DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY….and so many more reasons!! This property should not be listed as an option. I was there long enough to look at the room and that was too long. The property looked liked a set from a slasher movie. No locks on the exterior entrance doors, no toilet paper or towels in the room, and material literally falling off the exterior of the building. I can on, and on… The two people at the desk were rude and of minimal help when I told them my reasons (list above) for canceling my reservation, the one person responded, “ that’s what you get with Super 8”. I could only shake my head in disbelief and disappointment. I spoke with a sympathetic agent at Wyndham, filed an official complaint late August haven’t heard back. Hence the reason for my delayed review. I was waiting for a response. Still waiting….

A sido el peor hotel que he estado en mi vida sucio inseguro el servicio pesimo la managar terrible mi habitación sin toallas tuve que caminar del super 8 hasta el wyndham por las toallas la manager o la del turno de la noche me dijo que tenia llevar las toallas usadas y le digo que no tenia y me respondió que me iba a cobrar por las toallas a parte avia muchas personas sin hogar en los alrededores y en el parqueo no me sentía seguro cuando salia al parqueo y no ahi nada de ilustracion en los parqueo

Air condition was effective but sounded like a jet plane was taking off next to me and woke me up multiple times. No towels, washcloths, bar soap hand soap, or facial tissue. The light when you come in the door did not work, the television did not work. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

I got to the property to check in and it is not an operating hotel. There was nobody in the lobby. There was no computers or anything on the desk. There was just homeless looking people walking in and out of the motel with no sign of kidney Worker.

Had no towels had no toilet paper room smelled really bad door keys quit working all the time staff was rude when you could find one we were told by staff that we had to purchase our own toilet paper i would not stay there ever again

Wasn't even able to check in. No one at the front desk and no signs with any instructions. Apparently you need to go to the hotel next door to check in. Paid for a night that I wasn't able to use. Had to book another hotel and forfeit my money. Best to look elsewhere.

This place smells like weed and it's tucked behind a condemned building. You have to go to the nice hotel around the corner to get your card key for this dump. The AC is yellowed and hardly holding on.

Do not book this hotel! Rooms smell horrible, windows are broken out. No reception area, you have to go to Baymont! VERY unsafe place. Random people with their dogs hanging out in the entrance.

Our room was not the worst thing ever but they were very unorganized - tried turning us away when I had reserved and paid for the room already. The biggest thing was that there was no air conditioning which made for a long night.

I arrive 30 minutes prior to check in. I waited 15 minutes at the desk, called the office 3 times before housekeeping notified me to check in at the ajoined sister hotel. 15 minutes prior to checkin time, I entered the sister hotel, where I was informed I wasn't able to check in until 3. There were no visible guests, the hotel was not full. At 259, the person at the check in desk went outside. When he returned, a line of 6 parties formed to check in. The staff, changed the printer paper. It was hot in the lobby, the hotel had a strong smell, the parking lot has broken glass and disabled vehicles. I didn't check in and forfeited the room charge. Too many bad vibes.

Half the property was closed by order of the fire marshal. It was necessary to walk around the closed part of the building to get to the open part around the back. The building is very run down and smelled heavily of cigarettes and marijuana.

The hallways have a very strong odor of marijuana. The first room we checked into smelled so badly of cat urine that we had to leave immediately. We switched to another room, however the toilet did not work and there were feces in it. We attempted to use the public bathroom by the front desk, however there was vomit in the sink and on and around the toilet. We had to go to a nearby gas station to use the bathroom. If it hadn't been so late we would have left immediately. The grounds are very poorly kept with trash everywhere and uncut grass & weeds. The pool that looked so inviting on the website photos looked like a swamp and had a black tarp over it. There was also vomit on the floor of a gazebo outside that we briefly entered to get out of the rain. At 12:30am the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. We were told that someone had just pulled it for fun. I have photographs of all of the above, minus of course the fire alarm.

I booked a room king bed but got a 2 twin beds. Also after a very wait to check in - I could get to my room till 7:30pm!! When I finally reached my room and the tv wouldn't work and there was no toilet tissue in the bathroom!!! I will never go to this property again and would NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

I was in the parking lot of the hotel I thought I was booking. I went inside and was told, "oh no this property was sold." I clicked on the expedia app to bring me to the room that I just paid for. I pulled up to a beautiful property. I was given a key and told to go around back. The property looked abandoned. Four men were sitting out front drinking from bagged bottles smoking something other than cigarettes. They told me I had a nice car and asked if I would be leaving it overnight? I should have left at this point. I went to my room. The door was open and it smelled like urine. At this point I turned my keys in and asked for a refund. This is fraud.

The room amd hallways smelled like cigarettes snd old food. There was stains on the bedding snd chair. Rat traps around the outside, broken glass in the parking lot. I left.

気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
My whole stay was terrible from rhe start i had to go to another hotel to chick in first. Second my room was dirty when i walked in found a dog toy by the bed, trash on the floor. Third i booked room for 2 guest and we only had one towel. Fourth the was homeless men sleeping in parking lot. Fifth someoe pulled the fire alarm around midnight and i had to exit the building till the fire dept came and cleared the building to be safe. Personally the worst experience i have ever had.
