Paradise is found at the Super 8 and offers rooms with stunning views. The staff member Samantha was great, and the food was terrific. So, I will go there again and again.

I liked the atmosphere here. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff member Samantha took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape.

Nobody was at the desk, had to drive to another hotel to get checked in. When we got our keys one room had a broken safety lock and the other room did not need a key - you could just walk in. While the hotel was disappointing, the staff on duty was very helpful and apologetic

Outside id a lot of trash don't really bother me but sure could improve the appearance of property if it was maintained the staff at front desk are so nice and talk to you very nicely

There were 3 Sheriff in lot when we pulled up at 930pm. Seems like sketchy set up with both hotels, people walking/hanging aroynd & people hanging out with room doors open. Not cleaned & not enough towels provided! Breakfast was lacking for sure, but coffee & waffles were good. Beds & pillows were very comfy! I wouldnt recommend or stay again.

not the best, but okay

please do not show baymont rooms for the super 8 hotel. it is misleading and we assumed that we would get a decent room. instead, we were in a room where our room key was even difficult to use on the door. but, it was still a decent experience. breakfast could have been better, and the customer service was poor. there was no one there to greet us as we entered the hotel and there was no ice bucket to use. however, there were good amenities like the fridge and microwave. so overall, it was ok.

We had originally reserved for the super 8, there was no attendant. Had to go next door, the halls smelled like pee, the room was humid and the A/C did not work. The beds were stained. We went next door and asked if we could switch to their hotel. They said yes and the Baymont was so clean, the attendant was super nice, breakfast was delicious and the restroom was also really clean!! Absolutely loved the service we were given by them!!

No pool like it shows windows broken, top latches to lock the door at night are broken one of the rooms the bathroom was busted didn’t feel safe at all...asked for a full refund so we will see if I don't I'm disputing it with my bank.....10 out of 10 do not recommend

Quiet location with a good nights sleep.

The bathroom door had half the panel missing on the bathroom side [was not obvious until you were sitting on the toilet] and the trim around the door had been clawed by a dog having been locked in. There were only two tops sheets with NO blanket(s) or cover on the bed. Curtains were hanging on one side and the opposite side were duct taped to the wall. Room was relatively clean. I would strongly suggest better Super 8 signage to register.....very confusing.

U had to check in and out at another hotel. No notice given. None of the doors locked to get into hotel. The hallways and steps were filthy and smelled horrible. There was a bag over the smoke detector. The curtains were old. Bathroom was clean. Good amenities. And the pool was not opened which wasnt listed on site.

The Super 8 is directly behind and butts up to the Baymont. Both are operated by the same owner and no one was available at the Super 8 front desk. instead there was a sign to go to the Baymont front desk because they were short staffed. (i had to go to the Baymont to get breakfast as well.) So the Super 8 is unsupervised and guests can do as they please—like smoking where they aren't allowed. The whole building is posted as "no smoking" allowed, but there was the distinct smoke odor in my room and a couple of brown spots in the tub which looked like cigarette burns. The tub/shower spigot handle was very loose but did work. The window curtain was partially unhooked on one side but too difficult to reattach behind the decorative cover board. I didn't see a room darkening roll down shade. So unless you have something with you, you cannot close the curtains to darken the room. The room was clean, recently renovated, great mattress, and quite nice; the was conpletely opposite to the public areas. However, the bathroom smelled like someone had used it and the toilet bowl still hadn't been flushed well. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the complimentary coffee pod packet in. The on/off button did not work properly; I had to hold it down with something heavy or else it would pop up to the off setting. The two desk clerks were courteous and competent. The night desk clerk at The Baymont came out quickly and checked me in.

this is a great place to stay if you are traveling or just need to get away. rooms are clean , warm . breakfast was good . i will say that coffee should be offered throughout the day and I don't think the dining room should be locked after breakfast is over simply because maybe a person would like to sit there to read, or enjoy the view outside or communicate with others or just enjoy a cup of coffee . the older lady at the front desk is not a people person. she was kinda rude.
