「The property was so peaceful, everything was clean and despite how cool the the weather was it was always lovely and warm inside.」

「Great location and clean comfy room for a reasonable price. Had a great stay!」

「Super market is near--2 minutes walk. Nice lake view restaurant is 500 meter.」

「the free wifi didn't work ! very frustrating...don't advertise free wifi when it doesn't work」

「Beds weren’t super comfortable.」

「The decor was aging, but the room was clean. Bed was firm. You get what you pay for! Wifi coverage was poor in the front room.」

「I enjoyed comfortable stay. I would like to visit again.」

「The staff were great to deal with and able to extend our stay the day before we arrived. The location was good with easy access and safe parking The room was spacious with a comfortable clean bed and large fridge freezer. The bathroom was also spacious with a roomy shower with abundant hot water and pressure. The fittings in the bathroom were shonky with the roll holder falling off along with a towel rail, these could be easily fixed. We would stay again.」

「I was incredibly surprised how good the room was for such a reasonable price. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, clean and new at the time of our stay. We will be staying here again for our next stay in Ballarat.」
