I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. "

We signed up for the shuttle to the airport the night before, but in the morning they didn’t even check the list, and there must have been 20 people waiting for 10 seats. Luckily we made it on, but don’t know why they have you sign up but then don’t use the list."
