「The whole hotel was dirty. When we got there, my husband used the main bathroom. The toilet seat was ripped off, the trash can was full & it was dirty. The elevator had drops of fresh half & half in the ground 」

「I was already having a bad day, came into check in and the woman at the front desk gives me the key. I walk in on a family that clearly is in that room. Elevator sounded like it was going to break on us. In come to find out, it actually did after we got off of it. When coming back to get a new key and a new room. The lady at the front desk kinda just laughed. Smh 」
