Sleeps 16 - 15 min/Downtown, 10 min/Medical Center

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located house & the hot tub (12 foot swim spa). Located 15 minutes from Downtown Denver, 20 minutes from airport, 10 minutes from Medical Center of Aurora and less than 5 minutes from the major highway I-70. 1900 square feet fresh from a high end remodel. Two kitchens, 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths. You will have an amazing time at this property with your family and friends!

Everything - There is an additional game room/gym/garage being built soon in the backyard.

Beautiful neighborhood, house is directly across the street from the Firehouse. Stanley Market is 2.4 miles away and consists of eating, drinking, shopping, and entertainment. Eat at Denver Biscuit Company and drink at Cheluna Brewing, you won't regret it! There is an outdoor shopping mall about 3 miles away called "The Shops at Northfield".

Driveway parking as well as street parking. Uber & Lyft all available. Less than a mile from the Peoria Light Rail Station which can either go straight to the airport or downtown Denver.

There is an additional game room/gym/garage being built soon in the backyard.
- No parties
- No pets
- No smoking inside & clean up your cigarette butts/remnants from outside ($300 fee if anyone smokes anything inside the home)
- Just please be respectful of our property and belongings, the neighbors, and the cleaners
- Check in is at 3:00 PM, Check out is at 10:00 AM.

Hot Tub Rules:
- No soap
- Please cover when not in use

Rules about cancellations:
- We are strict to the moderate cancellation policy which means there is no refund if the cancellation is less than 5 days prior to check in date. Unfortunately, no matter the reason (weather, flight issues, personal issues, etc.) we will not issue refunds if cancelled less than 5 days prior to check in. Thank you for understanding!

Asks upon leaving:
- Just please be respectful of our cleaners and how hard they work
- Make sure the house is locked up
- Double check you have all of your personal belongings
