This stay had everything we needed for our first trip with our 1 year old. The house was very cozy and we felt at home. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Views were amazing and we are already missing this home!!

Lovely home, comfortable beds. Be aware light comes through right at sunrise. That being said great location far enough out to avoid the city but close enough to be there in minutes. Would definitely stay again.

The house was roomy, very clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra sheets and towels.Full kitchen with all appliances were appreciated as were the iron and steamer. The outside area was well maintained with a lovely flower garden. We enjoyed having our coffee outside!Would definitely stay there again.

Welcoming farmhouse in Arvada

The house is very well equipped, including a kitchen with more than the usual supplies. The host gifted us with fresh homemade bread, coffee, butter and half and half. We were concerned that the swamp cooler wouldn’t keep us cool enough as the temperature exceeded 90 degrees but we were very comfortable. The grandchildren loved the yard and the toys on site. The host was super responsive, handling our questions almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Came to the area with some friends to explore the area. This location was convenient to Denver, Rocky Mountain National Park and Pikes Peak. We were very comfortable in the home. The owners had great communication and the house had lots of amenities to make our stay better.

Friendly Hosts, Clean and Great Location.

Our stay at the farmhouse was fantastic! Everything was sparkling clean when we arrived. The host was extremely responsive. Never ran into any issues, but i am sure if we did it would have been resolved quickly. Location was perfect for our itinerary.

Spacious and Comfortable

This is our second time staying at the Farmhouse. It was even better than the first time. The host definitely roll out the red carpet.House is spacious for our family. Location was perfect for traveling to Golden for graduation weekend. Definitely recommend to others.

Family wedding week

This home and property is wonderful. Big enough for family/friends get together and plenty of parking for visiting . Has a back patio with grill and the host put additional chairs and tables for everyone. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking too. Host Communication is excellent. This is our 2nd time visiting here. Exceptional place and host makes the stay great. Thanks Dane .

Beautiful Farmhouse

We had a wonderful time in CO. The farm house was better than advertised. Location was ideal, just a short drive to grocery store and dining. Dane and Megan were gracious host. They answered any questions we had and even provided us with organic eggs. Plenty of space for our family. Beautiful setup inside. There was a reading nook! We highly recommend!

Quaint, good location with plenty of room

Overall there were a a couple of hick ups, but pretty much remedied by the host. The heater went out but they fixed it timely. They don't mention the intolerance to fragrance, but they do supply detergent, so that's not an issue either, but would be nice to know ahead of time. I think it might have been in a welcome email. They also don't mention you can't get TV stations unless you hook up your accounts, again nice to know but not an issue unless you are weary of signing in. Other than that all is as presented on VRBO and we had a great time. As you can see we did give it 5 stars.

Excellent property

We have rented many a home on VRBO and this was one of the best. The property was immaculate when we checked in and the host was in touch with us throughout our stay, The home is spacious and has plenty of character. If we return to the area we would absolutely rent this property again.

Best stay, we asked for one extra day even!

The couple who owns this farm house was amazingly communicative and easy to get ahold of. The farm house was beyond charming. My 4 and 6 year old loved the toy closet, the fire pit and playground in the backyard, and library books to sift from! It was clean and cozy and just the right size for our family of four. We loved it so much and enjoyed the extra space that we asked for and were able to stay an extra night (instead of us opting for a hotel closer to the airport our last night). We will stay here certainly again should we come back to this area of town and will highly recommend this place to ANYone who asks!

Family get together

Everything was as listed. Great place for family, young adults, and small children. Great back yard for cookouts. Lots of areas of play for kids. Host was great, and very responsive. Had a great time. House was very nice and clean.

A hidden gem and a perfect place to stay!

We had a lovely and peaceful Labor Day weekend at this organic farmhouse. I was in search of a special location to relax and stay. My sister and brother were visiting from Illinois and we were attending a concert at Red Rocks. The farmhouse is a hidden gem. This very loved and well-maintained home and farm was perfect and delightful. It was beautifully decorated with a farmhouse charm… clean, fully stocked with all the essentials for prepping meals, wonderful organic products, and we admired the meaningful and creative saying and thoughts artistly displaced throughout the home. We walked and enjoyed the peaceful two-acre farm, enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, prepared delicious meals and enjoyed them on the patio. We had magical and fun conversations around the fire pit, and we comfortably and peacefully slept. It was a phenomenal time of reconnecting and a perfect location to spend our precious time together. Dane is a lovely and inviting host and we are so grateful and happy we found this amazing place to stay.

A Perfect Spot -- Close to Denver -- Close to the Mountains

This beautifully maintained house in the western Denver suburbs provides easy access to both the city and the mountains. It's living space is spacious and inviting, its kitchen is very well appointed, the bedrooms (all three) are comfortable. And the property itself provides a little respite -- a covered patio for outdoor meals, a fire pit, and all the key elements of a working farm (a hothouse, a chicken coop). The property owners are very good communicators, very gracious (a welcoming loaf of fresh bread and a package of ground coffee) and very responsive to needs that arose during our stay. This is rental is a BIG winner.

Home Away From Home

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Best rental we have ever had through VRBO, hands down. This home was simply amazing for our family of 5. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space our boys loved to play during our downtime. Dane was great with leaving lots of detailed information and toys/activities for our kiddos and even left some goodies for the adults too! Super kind! I hesitate to say more because we hope to come back again and I don't want any competition! LOL. Thank you so much for everything! Can't wait to stay again! :)

Organic Farmhouse

Lovely stay in Arvada on a two-acre farm. Large house was nicely decorated and all soaps/cleaning solutions were organic. Nice patio, fire pit, and natural gas grill. Great view of Denver skyline in the distant. Host, Dane, was very responsive and pleasant. Bonus was collecting fresh eggs each morning from the friendly chickens. We will definitely look to stay again. Thank you, Dane, for a great visit.

Five stars plus!

This restored farmhouse was delightful -- spacious, clean, and well-supplied. Though located on a well-traveled road, the fence gave a sense of privacy and seclusion. Enjoyed walking in the back of the property to visit the chickens and very vocal rooster during the day (actually did not hear him at dawn). The owners could not have been more responsive, gracious, or accommodating. Five stars plus!
