Unbeatable location in hip Olde Town, this home is around the corner from shops, restaurants & breweries, yet quietly located! Fun decor welcomes you to this super cute & comfy, fully-renovated home! Spend time exploring vibrant Olde Town or use this as a landing pad for taking the light rail (2 blocks away) to downtown Denver or Golden, or jump on nearby I-70 and be at the slopes in an hour or at Red Rocks Ampitheatre in 20 mins. We're excited for you to experience this amazing location!!
The space
Cozy, open concept floorplan offers a comfortable space with a smart tv with Xfinity cable, as well as a special closet behind the barn door with books, games, cards, puzzles, toys, and a wifi printer. Full kitchen. Each bedroom has a brand new memory foam mattress, bed with 2 reading lights, side tables & smart tv. Full bath. 3rd bedroom, 2nd bathroom, and kitchenette are in attached addition with a connecting door! All linens included. Backyard with firepit, string lights, & pergola.

Arvada Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and comfortable and the lay out was great. It was an easy walk to the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops. We couldn't have hoped for a better location and would choose it again if we get back to the Denver area.

Soccer Fun

In town for a soccer tournament. Property was easy to check into, in a great location! We were there for a week and wish we had longer. Place was clean and well stocked with all the things you might need. Grateful to find this gem! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Easter college visit and birthday

My daughter and I traveled to Denver to visit Regis University, where my son is in his sophomore year. His birthday was the week prior and we stayed over Easter weekend, allowing us to host some hungry college students. The entire visit was wonderful, and the house and location were perfect for what we needed.
