The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was just around the corner from where I was attending the function I was in town for. Price was very reasonable and also offered parking on site.

Stayed for a night for a concert. Provided what we needed, a place to stay. Staff let us check in early with no additional fee due to the elevator being down which wasnt an issue. Wasnt a super high quality hotel by anymeans but did its job.

QUICK TRIP

Nice hotel for the location. I wouldn't rate the neighborhood as 5 stars but they had decent security. Great location if your a young concert goer at the ogden across the street.

I paid a lot for one night to be in the mix and the breakfast said continental breakfast and it wasn’t the room is discussed and it looks like something down closer to Aurora on East Colfax but I will say this the guy at the front desk found dayshift he he’s extraordinary. He’s too good for that job so you’ll need to give him a raise. He makes the best at all what it is

Went for a couples date, seen a show at the Ogden Theater, and close by downtown to walk around and bar hop, we actually enjoyed our selves. The bed was comfortable, the room as cleaaan !!! & the area was not bad

Arriving, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean but showing signs of age. Public areas were not clean or well maintained. Breakfast was disappointing; had to ask for more coffee, fruit was not good looking, they ran out of yogurt & juice boxes early. Morning desk clerk was surly. Mattress in room was not very comfortable. Parking was limited. Neighborhood was NOT a problem, it's a midtown hotel in a diverse community. Theaters and attractions nearby!

Clean room on Colfax

The front desk and owner were very helpful. They really came through for me. The room well very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast hit the spot. I will definitely stay here again.
