Guest Access:
You’ll enjoy private access to the entire upper level of the home, including all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, dining area, deck, BBQ, and hot tub. For your peace of mind, the internal door between the upper and lower levels is securely locked, so there is no shared interior space at all.
The lower level of this duplex is occupied by a quiet, long-term tenant who has their own private entrance, patio, laundry area, and garage. You may occasionally see them in the driveway, but they do not share any interior or exterior living spaces with guests.
The hot tub is prioritized for guest use, and every effort is made to ensure it remains private during your stay. Please note that two kitchen closets are reserved for storage, and the smaller garage/driveway space is set aside for the tenant’s use.

Getting here and getting around is a breeze! The home is just minutes from major highways like US-36 and I-25. There's free driveway parking for multiple vehicles, and rideshares like Uber and Lyft are readily available. Downtown Denver and Boulder are both a quick 15–20 minute drive, and you'll find plenty of shopping, restaurants, and essentials within a 5-minute drive.

We offer 24/7 virtual concierge service to support you with check-in, answer questions, and assist you with your needs. We also maintain a dedicated team of local staff, available for any in-person assistance you may require. Please note, we believe in transparent communication so guests know exactly what to expect during their stay. Our in-person team is available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) to assist with any issues. However, while we aim to address all concerns as quickly as possible, same-day assistance depends on when we are contacted and team member availability. For example, if a message is received late in the evening (such as 6:30 PM MST), we may not have a team member available to visit the property that night. In that case, we’ll schedule assistance for the following day. The earlier you reach out, the more likely we can resolve the issue the same day. Outside of our general support hours, we have an after-hours answering service that records all messages and can answer common questions. Our team reviews these messages the following morning to ensure any issues are addressed as soon as possible.
