  • This entire house is 15 minutes to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Boulder! The 12-person house can handle big groups - enjoy multiple hangout and individual workspaces throughout the house including several TV areas, board games, and a full game room with darts, foosball, and arcade games! After a long day take a nice soak in the private hot tub or relax and enjoy the 300 days of sunshine in the outside lounge, firepit, and BBQ area, or in the oversized dining room and sunroom!
