"The lake house was great for a weekend getaway. Kyle was a great host and communicating with us to see if we had any questions or concerns. We liked the the fire pit overlooking the lake and the lake view was the best part of it. Would definitely recommend this house and consider staying here again in the future."

"This cabin was great! Just perfect for our needs. Very clean and had everything we could possibly need and more! It was the perfect location for us to access both Houghton and Higgins lakes! Everyone was pleasant and accommodating and I’d recommend for anyone looking to just enjoy the outdoors and a peaceful community. We loved the sun porch and fire pit areas. "Awesome house right on Lake James and really close to Houghton Lake. We loved relaxing on the back deck and hanging by the bonfire, and kids were in the water almost the entire time. House was like new, well taken care of with lots of space. Had everything we needed and host was very accommodating since we had extra people part of the time. Groundskeeper was super helpful when needed otherwise we didn’t even know he was there. Would definitely stay here again!"
