Nice holiday complex with a 12mx4m community pool, just 150m from the beach and 2km from the city centre. Supermarket, bars and restaurants 100m away.The terraced house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with TV/SAT, air conditioning and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The independent kitchen has been recently renovated and consists of 4 hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, toaster and a filter coffee machine.On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, one double with two mattresses and the second with two single beds, both rooms with air conditioning. On the same floor is a bathroom with a shower and the washing machine and a terrace overlooking the garden area.The pool area has grass, palm trees and other variety of plants.Private parking for one vehicle in front of the house.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Das Haus und die Anlage sind super. Es ist auch toll, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, einen online-check-in durchzuführen. Die App für den onlin-check-in funktioniert schlecht. Bei der Reswervierung der Kaution per Visa gab es auch Probleme.

Gemütliches Reihenhaus mit direktem Zugang zum Pool

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine etc. Carlosferien Frau Josefina war top. Sie hat sich sofort gekümmert, wenn etwas nicht funktioniert hat. Besonders schön ist die überdachte Terrasse mit direktem Zugang zum großzügigen Garten und zum Pool. Jederzeit wieder. Keine Beanstandungen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

La mer à quelques mètres de la location. L idéal pour tous vacanciers.

Très belle location à quelques mètres de la plage ainsi que les commerces ce qui évite de prendre la voiture. Endroit magnifique et reste en petit comité et non surpeuplé ce qui est agréable. La piscine est très belle. Pour ce qui est de l accueil à l agence personne très sympathique et agréable.

Es muy amplio y tiene todo lo necesario. La piscina una maravilla y la playa muy cerca. La zona del césped siempre estaba encharcada.

Sehr gute Lage

-Tipp-Top sauber -sehr gepflegte Anlage und sehr ruhig (obwohl ca 37 Häuser) -neue Einbauküche (klein aber alles da was man braucht) -es sind wirklich nur 100m bis zum Strand -zum reinfahren in die Anlage gibt es keine Fernbedienung nur Schlüssel -WLAN Router war aus (2 tage kein Internet- für die Kinder ganz schlimm) -Nummerncode für das Eingangstor wurde nicht mitgeteilt(muss man sich bei Nachbarn erfragen)
